Refund policy

As conditions within the global shipping network evolve, delivery fees may be adjusted accordingly. We remain committed to transparency and encourage you to review shipping details at the time of purchase for the most accurate information.

Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or compromised.

Should this occur, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at support@seleneskins.com, including your order details and relevant imagery. Each request is reviewed with care.

Please note that final sale items, engraved items, promotional gift items, and E-Gift cards are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will ensure a considered resolution.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
